Maggie brings 11 years of experience from Northwestern Mutual and 2 years dedicated to elevating internship and early career programs for startups and global corporations.
Her passion? Collaborating with companies to supercharge their programs and processes, maximizing their internship investments.

Maggie's Northwestern Mutual career saw her evolve from a Full-Time recruiter to the prestigious role of Director of Internship Development.

A proud California University of Pennsylvania graduate in Marketing, she's armed with credentials like the Chartered Leadership Fellow designation and the Professional Recruiter Certification.

Maggie also champions Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, holding a certification from the University of South Florida.

When not optimizing career journeys, Maggie thrives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she enjoys skiing, boating, and cherished moments with family and friends. Maggie is married to Eric, and they adore their Golden Retriever, Moose!
